Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays, public holidays, or during unforeseen operational disruptions.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delivery Time

As a UAE-based dropshipping store, our products are sourced from trusted international suppliers.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Arab Emirates: 7–15 business days

  • GCC Countries: 10–20 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Trend Bay may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available). Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Trend Bay is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Trend Bay is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution.

Multiple Packages

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may be shipped separately if they are sourced from different suppliers or warehouses.
